These are some of the worst you can get and they're terrible to deal with. You really need to get them treated before they even begin to look like this.

These are pretty bad and once again are the kind that need to be caught early before this develops

Pearly Penile Papules Are NOT Warts - THESE ARE NORMAL ON SOME MEN
If you have bumps that look like this, they are most likely penile papules and are therefore OK - they are just glans that have protruded out of the skin. They can reduce in size by keeping the area dry AF

Penile Papules usually form around the rim of the penis head - they're kinda ugly but they're not a disease or anything. Normal in some men. Drying them out with talcum powder can reduce their size.

Penile papules around the rim of the head which is where they most often form. Like I said above, if you dry them out with talcum powder, it is possible to reduce them in size, but you can't always get rid of them completely.
Fordyce Spots Are NOT Genital Warts - THESE ARE NORMAL ON SOME MEN
Fordyce spots are normal on some men and are definitely not warts and therefore nothing is wrong with you if you develop these at some point in life.

RARE - fordyce spots on the penis head
I've never seen this personally but apparently in some rare cases fordyce spots can appear on the penis head, but they are most often on the skin of the shaft

Hard to see in this photo, but fordyce spots can also appear on the balls - again, totally normal in some guys.

This is one of the most common places fordyce spots form, on the underside of the penis shaft. Again, totally normal in some percentage of men.

Fordyce on the balls and ring of light colored areas around the shaft
This guy has fordyce bumps on his balls and a very light ring around his shaft. The fordyce are fine but the ring is questionable and should be treated just to be on the safe side.
Weird white area that sometimes forms on penises
Might be fordyce, might be early stage warts, hard to tell. Best to treat the area just to be on the safe side. But for the purposes of this photo I'm labeling it as fordyce.
